Do you know if it is possible to monitor Internet connections in terms of Download speed, Upload speed, bandwith usage using enterprise version?
If you have a working agent connection to the hosting server, yes.
Else, no. 
Not with checkmk itself, I used to solve that with installing speedtest-cli on the checkmk server, there are a few wrappers to act as a nagios plugin, but it seems, that ookla changed some stuff.
