we need to see the IP address of all interfaces and there subnet in HW/SW inventory part in CheckMK 2.1 version. i have attached one snap for output that same thing we need

What do you see inside your HW/SW inventory for this device?
You can check with snmpwalk if the Palo Alto delivers the data for the plugin to work.
just to clarify, the OIDs used in the IPv4 inventory plugin are not Cisco specific. The are form the standard IP-MIB.
ok. Acording to the Palo Alto documentation the IP-MIB is supported starting with OS version 11.1. you are on 11.0, so you might update your system to get the IP-Address information.
