Is it possible to edit the default search results (searchhost) of all users (add column)?

I found out that if I change my view of the search results, then it creates a new “searchhost” view, which is listed in Customize > Views.

But the “global” entry of this view can not be changed:

The target is to have an additional column in the search results for all users.

See the docs on customizing views – you need to “publish” the view to allow other users to acess it.
