Is it possible to have distributed monitoring synced between 2 instances?

Hi,
Suppose I have 2 instances of Checkmk, one on prem and one in cloud. Is it possible to have them sync every 2-5 minutes?
I would like the cloud instance to send alerts when something goes down on prem.
