Is there a way to create rules for Service monitoring rules OSPF neighbor via RESTAPI?

OS version:Ubuntu

Hi,

Just wondering if there’s way to utilize REST API to add/create/delete/modify OSPF service monitoring rules. I looked into the rules but cannot see how i’d reach out to “Setup > Service > Service monitoring rules > OSPF neighbor”
