Issue with Background Image Disappearing in Nagvis After Changes in CheckMK

OS Version: 20.04.6

When we make a change in CheckMK, the background image in Nagvis disappears. Only the arrows we created in Nagvis remain. The background image is a PNG file. We changed it to JPEG, but the problem still occurred. Unfortunately, if a JPEG file is used, the overview in Nagvis is not displayed on MacBooks as it is on Windows machines.
