CMK version: 2.0.0P26

Hello,
Im quite a freshman to Checkmk and took over an already existing Server from my former coworker.
I upgraded it last week to the fresh 2.0.0P26 Version and OS1.5.3 from 1.4.8 P23.
The upgrade made me request a few things and watch in detail what entries we got in he logfiles
The main Problem is that seems like CheckMK loses the connection towards its clients from time to time (Giving me a nightmare of false positives on the mailing list)
I get the error "Agent Version 2.0P23 OS windows [Piggyback] Valid source VCSA, Missing monitoring Data for Check plugins windows_updates, execution time 76,6sec
I get the message from random servers, comming and going
is the Windows updates plugin not compatible with the new Version?
How can i find out what causes this error?
also looking through the error logs - the checkmk Log is flooded with RRD errors
how can i solve this? I already tried cmk -v --convert-rrds but with no improvement
I dont think these Errors have to do with the upgrade - maybe someone can have a look and shave some advice. I really dont know for sure how to fix these errors or at least how i could find out what causes checkmk to have issues.
The Troubleshooting Guide was not really helpfull
Can someone assist?
