We have migrated to 2.2 version, but the Jira notification has stopped working. I have gone through the notify logs but couldn’t understand what’s wrong.
Please help.
You want to look at $OMD_ROOT/var/log/mknotifyd.log. That should contain errors in sending the notification. The screenshot only shows the matching logic.
Also, you might want to check, if you put a custom version of the notification plugin in the $OMD_ROOT/local/ structure.

I was following the official document.
mknotifyd.log is empty and there’s mknotifyd.log.1 containing the last Jira notification before the migration to new version. I am not sure why I need to put a custom version of notification plugin as it was working perfectly before the migration.

I didn’t change anything. I re-configured the same thing again and it started working again.
