Juniper SRX 100Gb interfaces reporting errors erroneously - not in junos show interface

CMK version:
2.1.0 and 2.2.0
OS version:
RHEL8

We recently upgraded our SRX from 20.4 to 21.4 and started reporting errors on the 100Gb “et-*” interfaces. These errors are not reflected in the “show interface detail”

I think this might be bug in junos 21.4… When I snmpwalk device 516 I get
IF-MIB::ifInErrors.516 = Counter32: 52

but that is not reflected in the show interface detail
