JVM Memory Level can't be set in 2.0 and later

If I try to modify the JVM Memory Level to get rid of false Warnings, this doesn’t work anymore. You may try to modify the value , save and exit to the Rules folder (see pic below) and the value shows “no parameter” > reopen the Rule and everything is back to factory i.E. empty. I checked this with percentage values only.
