Continuing the discussion from [Check_mk (english)] Not able to log out from Multisite:
I have the same problem as Ashish_Jain had.
I dont know it this is related to my other problem: Where to set logon method
Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
Booth problem depend on the same settings i think.
You login method is set with the command “omd config” and there inside the section “Web GUI”.
The options “MULTISITE_AUTHORISATION” and “MULTISITE_COOKIE_AUTH” are set to “on” in a fresh installed site.
If you have an old site updated it is possible that these options are not set.
Manual Modification of the local Apache configuration is only needed if you want to use a Kerberos SSO login method.
If you press the logout button and the authorization is set correctly, the system will only remove your cookie and you should get the login screen back.
If a Apache basic out popup appears something went wrong in your site.

Actualy I did change those values in the config file, but not with this utility from cli. wich didn’t work
but now both issues are solved! Thanks again!
