i guess your rule does not apply because you entered the Windows-Service name in the lower Name of the service box below your hostname, which applies for the checkmk internal service name. Can you please delete it there and try it again?
Unfortunately i have no 2.1 system on hand to play around and also be not one of the Windows cracks.
Can you check the agent output if the Windows service is included? You may miss a rule to enable general Windows service monitoring in the first place (like it’s the case with process monitoring).
