Main dashboard items not updating

CMK version: 2.1.0p20
OS version: RHEL 8

Error message: no error message but items not updating, see screenshot

The only change we did to our (multisite) setup was enabling SAML as described in the documentation.

What can I check? What may be wrong?

Issue being solved by tribe29 (thanks to Dennis!) during a support session.

Turned out that a rule for defining a service check interval was wrong.
