Main dashboard not loading correctly

Afternoon.

We are just in the process of rolling out CheckMK. We have had this working, but this afternoon we have found that the main dashboard is loading some of the services, but giving a rotating circle on others. (but showing other aspects of that server). It will sit here for about 5 mins then the page times out giving an option of wait or leave the page.

We are at a loss as to what is causing this.

Any advice would be appreciated.

what dashlet type is “others”? What exact Checkmk version do you use?

We are using Checkmk Cloud Edition 2.3.0p7.

The others dashlet is set as a Gauge (if this is what you mean).

I am still learning this package so if that is incorrect then I appologise.
