Max values for service MSSQL Blocked Sessions and Connections

Hi,

I would like to change the max value for service MSSQL Blocked Sessions & MSSQL Connections.
What’s necesary to put on field “Instance Identifier” to apply for all possible databases inside?

What happens if you leave it blank or put a * in the instance identifier and then save the rule?

No valid with:

MSSQLSERVER $
MSSQLSERVER *

If I put this it’s ok:

MSSQLSERVER master$
