Hi,

We are getting FAILURE|ERROR: ORA-01033: ORACLE initialization or shutdown in progress Process ID: 0 Session ID: 0 Serial number: 0 SP2-0751: Unable to connect to Oracle. Exiting SQL*Plus for the ORA xxx Instance check using mk_oracle plugin eventhough the instance is up and running. No other Instance checks has issues and the mk_oracle .cfg syntax and credentials are correct and it successfully connects to the instance.

Could anyone help us to fix the issue.
