Monitor CronJob in Linux

Hello Community

I’ve a cronjob that he write the output in a log file. ( the cronjob run every 4H)

It is possible , to use checkmk , to check if this cronjob is executed or not ? and the important to me , check if a error found in the log file ? ( for example , use a checkmk agent to check the content of this log file and push notification to checklk server )

Thanks , and have a nice day

Yes, it is: Monitoring time-based processes (Cronjobs)

The documenation about how to monitor text logfiles is still missing: Documentation: mk_logwatch?
