Monitor programs

We are currently monitoring some Windows services with CheckMK. Also some manual Windows services.

Can I also monitor programs??

Wir überwachen bisher einige Windows Dienste.
Ebenfalls überwachen wir auch anhand von Dienst Namen einige manuell.
Allerdings wollte ich fragen, ob man auch bestimmte Programme überwachen kann?

Yes why not :wink:
The agent outputs all running processes.
You can use the rule Process Discovery for finding running processes or inside the manual checks the rule State and count of processes to define what process must run on a system.
Attention there are a second rule State and count of processes inside Host & Service Parameters, this rule is used to define some parameters for the processes before found by Process Discovery.

You can monitor over Prozesse, API, Webinterface and so on …

many different ways are possible, its on you to choice !!
