Monitor raid intel problem

Hi people,
I have a problem, I have to monitor the status of an Intel Raid on a proprietary machine. But I do not know how I can do it.
OS: Windows 10 (Agent installed)
Current OMD version is 1.6.p011
Can you help me? I attach a screen of the disks to be monitored.

I’ve found two Plugins:

I haven’t tried them. Maybe you can tell me if they work for you?
