Monitor Windows process

Hello,

I want monitor Windows process like that :

Notepad.exe → Running → Ok
Notepad.exe → Is not running → Down

I’ve set rule in WATO → Enforced Service → State and count of processes
I’ve got the process with memory, cpu etc but not state and when i close it, he is always ok.

Can you help me ?

Hi,
are you shure that the process only run once? Please check in Agent output if more than one process with this nam eis running.

The count is 207. Looks like your Rule is not correct an can not detect the needed process. Looks to me that you cound all processes on your windows system. Can you post a screenshot of your enforced service please.

I’m sorry, my bad.

Just put “Exact name of the process without arguments”
Executable : Notepad.exe

And now it work.
