Monitoring database roles

Hello All,

I have the need to monitor roles from the database, they tell me that they are like services but they cannot be monitored as such since they are not running from the server (Cluster - Nodes).
They want to receive a notification when the role changes node so they know which node stopped working and can review it.

I share an image of the roles from the database.
