we are currently using a few Microsoft IIS webserver.
Are there any good plugins to monitor them (preferably performance).

The easiest way is to use one of the classic Nagios checks to monitor IIS app pools.

If you want more it gets a little bit more complicated. First step is write a small script what for your Windows machine what gives you the wanted data. Like this example
But then you have also to write a check for your monitoring system to interpret the output of the script.
