I need to monitor 2 ports in SPAN on a Cisco switch.
At the moment my checkmk installation does not allow me to do this.
How can I solve it?

What exactly is not working. Then port configured for SPAN is normally a physical port if I’m not completely wrong.
I don’t know if the port configured for SPAN is changing it’s port type. You can only inspect with an snmpwalk to the interface table how this port looks like for the monitoring.

Monitoring my core switch I can’t detect a port pair with an active session span. so I was wondering if there was a specific procedure for active sessions ( which I haven’t read )
