Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge on Linux OS’s administration and configuration.
- Strong expertise in Checkmk, with demonstrable experience in designing, implementing, and managing Checkmk monitoring solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, databases, and applications.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing monitoring checks, rules, and notifications within Checkmk.
- Experience with integrating Checkmk with other monitoring tools and systems.
- Solid understanding of ITIL processes, particularly incident, problem, and change management.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and identify root causes.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Plugin/Extension development knowledge/experience are a plus.
- Experienced with Python, Bash, Perl, Powershell are also a plus.
