NagVis zeigt Hintergrundbild nicht an nach einer bestimmten Zeit

Hallo Zusammen

Ich habe das Problem, dass NagVis das Hintergrund Bild nach einer bestimmten Zeit nicht mehr anzeigt, obwohl Hintergrund Bild eingestellt ist. (Siehe Screenshot)

Ich muss immer wieder Hintergrund Bild auf None stellen und wieder das Hintergrund Bild auswählen das angezeigt wird.

Woran kann es liegen, dass das Hintergrund Bild immer wieder verschwindet und nicht ageziegt wird?

Würde mich sehr um Hilfe freuen. Die Problematik macht mir hier etwas zu schaffen.

I read that NagVis has problems with special characters in names, perhaps characters with diacritical marks are considered as special characters too.

So a wild suggestion, try to rename the Ü to U.

NagVis is added to checkmk unaltered what I understood.
You can also add a new issue on their product: Issues · NagVis/nagvis · GitHub

Hi @Dibran,

can you maybe remove all special characters from the file name and only use lower case.
Maybe this will fix your issue. For example like:
