We start to see more and more critical soft errors that looks like this:
SERVICE ALERT SOFT (CRITICAL) Name or service not known
in regards to http checks, what dose it means?
dns resolver issue maybe?
anyone had this issue, any idea?
You could execute the http check with verbose/debug output from the commandline the next time this problem occurs, maybe you get more info then. See https://checkmk.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/KB/pages/9470754/Debugging+check_http
