Need some idea of CPU, memory and disk space for a Windows Hyper-V VM using Ubuntu

Did a general search and I can’t find information on how much CPU, memory and disk space a Windows Hyper-V VM might need. I will be installing the trial version of the software on Ubuntu looking to move to the Enterprise version if we like it. We will have around 2500 monitors. Can someone give me estimates of CPU, memory and disk space so that I can properly provision a VM on one of my Hyper-V servers?
