You can arrange hosts in a parent-child-relationship, then use the integrated NagVis tool to visualize this as a network map.

you can also display a network topology based on the parent-child-relationships @martin.schwarz mentioned natively in Checkmk without the use of Nagvis.
You find this in the “Monitor” menu

This is not a real network topology. It is more logical monitoring topology.
