Hi @manojr2k
did you press the rescan button and does your agent still is not able to deliver monitoring data?

Is the Checkmk Agent service running?
Is the Windows Firewall enabled? → Is there a allow rule for the Checkmk Agent?
Are you using TLS Encryption?
