We currently run our server install on a non-standard port and so far the only issue we have is the Agent Bakery. In the agent update rule it will not allow you to place the port number in the server name but we worked around this by editing the rules.mk file but anytime that we need to make a change to the rule we have to go back and edit the file. While we don’t do this often it would be nice not have to edit files manually.
