Notification only for Local Site..not Remote Site

Hi,

i,m using the MSP Version.

i have the default Contact Group “Everyone” and set it to all Hosts and Services in my Local Site and all Remote Sites. My Problem is that the Alarm Notifications only fire for Hosts and Services in my Local Site.

Do i need to configure Notifications in the Remote Site directly?

By the Way: i’m using the default mail Rule.

look in the default mail rule : Match Instances:
there should be all available / necessary instances selected

That i did and there are all instances selected.

i have new input:

on the virtual Appliance on Remote Site Mail Service is configured but i get error in Log:

“Sending failed: Temporary error in gethostbyname”.

I found the Problem.

Forgot DNS Server Config und Remote Site.

Now its working.
