Hey there,
can there be a choice in notification ruleset to exclude specific service labels? There are lots of options but this one is missing. In my current setup it would be super helpful

Same! Excluding by service label would be really useful!
as a workaround you can “match service label” and then drop the messages in a separate rule (sometimes that makes these exceptions more visible anyhow and keeps your main notification rule simples

I would suggest to add the feature idea to our ideas portal: ideas.checkmk.com so that the product team could see it, as well as other users that could vote for it.
