i would assume that the service “Plis …” does not have the service label {‘notification’: ‘astreinte’}.
Also, is this an active checked service? (because this was the initial problem)
It has the service label {‘notification’: ‘astreinte’}.
Tho it’s a Nagios integrated plugin, so probably not an active checked service ?
This was the missing part.
With a nagios plug-in i can reproduce the issue.
