NTP Time cache exceeds lifespan

CMK version: 2.0.0p25 (CEE)
OS version: Debian GNU/Linux 8 (Client)

Error message: Cache generated 8h ago, cache interval: 30.0 s, elapsed cache lifespan: 100560%

Hi,

since some days three different VMs using chrony get ‘NTP Time’-error messages.
The problem is that the cached data isn’t updated and the defined thresholds define the services as WARN/CRIT.
When I manually remove the cached data under /var/lib/check_mk_agent/cache/chrony.cache, the check goes OK immediately.

For some reasons the cache lifespan exceeds, how can I collect further information, why the cache isn’t updated?
