Permission for agent pairing?

Hi,
I’m trying to register an agent with the new cmk_agent_ctl.
However, I get this error with my register user:

Request failed with code 403 Forbidden: You do not have the permission for agent pairing.

It works with cmkadmin though.
Which permission needs to be “yes” here? I looked for pairing, which doesnt exist and I set all permissions with the term agent in it to yes, but it looks like that’s not enough.
