Pnp4nagios show empty value(used to have value)

Hi.

I’m using the latest check_mk RAW version.
I have problem with 2 host, whhich recently show emtpy value (Nan) for the graph.
Previously the graph is working ok, but not sure what happen.
One of the host have it host name rename using the check_mk GUI “Host Rename”. Not sure if this is the effect/

Can anyone help me to solve this issue? or how to clear the old data, to make sure the new rrd is ok?
because i have tried to delete the old rrd and XML, but it does not work. Do i missing some step here?

The first question would be:
is Check_MK able to query data from the host, i.e. is the Check_MK service green?

Hi. Thanks for the response.

The said host was able to be monitored without any problems. Other graph are working as normal.
The only effected one is the Group Interface services. For your info, the host is a Switch, and from time to time, the interface service keep on finding new interface and reported vanished services.
