Possible bug with tag group inline help text

CMK version: Checkmk Raw Edition 2.4.0p14
OS version: Ubuntu 22.04

I have added a few tag groups so I can make a few choices when adding/configuring a host. I have also assigned them help texts:

Now when I create a new host and have “show inline help” enabled, it looks like this:

So apparently it uses the help text of one of the manually added host tags for all host attributes that don’t have their own help text.

I tried replicating this issue on another instance (same version, same OS). Interestingly, the opposite happens there. Again, a few tags with help text:

However, none of them have a help text when adding a new host:

Is it just me or is something broken with tag help texts?

Just another report of the same issue, on a system recently upgraded from 2.3 to 2.4.0p16. On OS RHEL9.7.
