even though cartride ist not empty and printer is printing normally
We have several HP printeres and only two show this problem. Any idea to fix this ?
In my experience, printers have a tendency to report false values.
You could take a look at the SNMP walk of the host, to see, if the values reported are the ones you see in Checkmk. If that is the case, you can only contact the printer vendor and report the bug in their firmware.
This is common problem if it is a cartridge from a alternative manufacturer or some problem with the nice little chips inside the cartridge.
