Problem assigning Roles to Active Directory Users

We are having considerable difficulty getting CheckMK to assign Roles based on AD user group membership. The AD login, create account part works perfectly.

We are trying to assign the role Support to all users on the AD Connection specified.

You can see from the test output that all appears well, however when a user from the specified group logs in, the account is just a normal monitoring user.

CheckMk version is 1.6.0p18
