I have a problem with HuaweiOcean Storage SNMP monitoring. Everything is working but without data?
When I test SNMP (v1, 2 or 3) connection I got only this:
"sysDescr: ISM SNMP Agent
sysContact:
sysName: Huawei.Storage
sysLocation: Oblic WM
But if I open the action menu for Check_MK and hit Download SNMP Walk I got results.
What can I do to get data normally?
Anyone?

There are no SNMP check plugins for Huawei OceanStor devices.
The SNMP agent on these devices is not performant enough to be used for checkmk monitoring.
The company comnet (@thorben) has written a special agent that queries the HTTP API.

I find Huawei Storage checks Checkmk Exchange, but after installing this mkp error occurred…
This is an old extension that only works with checkmk up to 1.6.
We did not port it to 2.0 as the Huawei SNMP agent is not working well.
