Has anyone else had difficulty with integrating Prometheus or Open Telemetry with an Influxdb database. I cannot get it to work and there are too many sites with ways to configure it and I have tried them all.
I have configured the scraper and the agent for Prometheus. When I create the host it doesn’t bring in anything.
The configuration needs /metrics to work but /metrics is only for the one host. It doesn’t have the full database information of the 60+ hosts that are in Influxdb version 2.
Any help would be appreciated. I have tried everything.
