Some days ago i released a Proxmox Backup Server Plugin for checkmk 2.4 or newer via Checkmk Exchange . Agent Plugin could be deployed via bakery or manual (see check_mk_extensions/proxmox_backup_server at cmk2.4 · mape2k/check_mk_extensions · GitHub ) and simply uses API via local proxmox-backup-debug.
