I have my Proxmox VE Snapshot Age rule set up to warn after 1 day and turn critical after 2 days. All of my VMs are warning, although snapshots happened only a few hours ago? ( right now it is 10:35am on 2025-04-27 local time )

I assume it’s the oldest snapshot that counts, not the most recent.
I could imagine that the rule had the scenario in mind where you would use snapshots before making bigger changes to a VMs (and then forget to delete them after testing the changes). Your approach seems to me as if you’d use them for short-term backups and want to be notified if such a recent backup is missing?
I thought the rule was to warn if a snapshot didn’t occur when it should have. I keep 7 snapshots, there will always be an “older” one, they are automatically removed on the 8th one. If the rule’s intent is what you say, I guess I don’t need it.
