Did you verify the site is running on port 5002?

What is your output for (as site user):

OMD[SITENAME]:~$ cat etc/apache/listen-port.conf
OMD[SITENAME]:~$ netstat -nlp | grep apache
OMD[SITENAME]:~$ cat etc/apache/proxy-port.conf

Are you using ssl?
