Python3 requests module needs an update to 2.27.1 for proxy authentication

Hello,
we do need a python3 requests module update to 2.27.1 in CEE 2.1.0 because the version 2.27.0 has a bug when using authenticated proxy communication. See Changelog: Community Updates — Requests 2.28.0 documentation
