Receiving wanted and not configured notifications

OS version: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS

Hi

I configured this simple and only rule modifying default rule.

As you can see I don’t want to be notified when a service triggers to WARN, but I’m receiving WARN notifications:

Also tested notifications and, as you can see, I shouldn’t be notified:

But I’m still receiving emails like exposed in second picture.

Your mail screenshots shows a state transition from “WARN” to “OK”.
Not vice versa.
Your screenshot of the notification rule allows this to be sent

Your test is completely fine as you tested the state change from “OK” to “WARN”, this should not result in a notification.

thanks. Mine was the wrong example, but I discovered that the cause of my issue was that fallback notifications were enabled for my user.
