Noticed some new behavior in 2.0p5 where removing a comment from an acknowledgement does not remove the acknowledgement itself. In addition if you try to remove the acknowledgement once the comment is gone, the acknowledgement will remain.
Seems odd but wondering if anyone else has experienced this particular issue.

Just checking back in, seems to continue to be an issue in 2.0.0p8 enterprise.
Here the same with 2.0.9p CEE - and I’m not able to remove the acknowledgement after that. I deleted it several times, restarted the site but the acknowledgement is still on that service.

I have two services where I can’t delete the acknowledgement
Ok I found out where the issue is:
-if you delete the acknowledgement, CheckMK is deleting the ack and the comment
-if you delete the comment first, you where not able to delete the acknowledgement.
Now I have 5 acks I can’t delete 
The workaround that i’ve found (which sucks btw) is to remove the service, apply changes, add the service back again 
Issue still persist with 2.0.0p11 CEE. I can’t remove the acknowledgement.
Another workaround when stuck with an ack without a comment is to just acknowledge the problem on the service again (incl. writing a comment) and then removing the ack on the service.
