There are still hosts and/or folders in your configuration that should be monitored on the site you are trying to delete.

I am facing a similar situation.
We had a distributed Monitoring but then one checkmk Appliance VM was deleted. If I want to remove the checkmk Instance it says “You cannot delete this connection, it has folders/hosts assigned to it.” But I can’t delete these folders/hosts either. It says “Cannot connect to site XYZ The site is not logged in.”
How can I solve this ?
