Report scheduler not working

**CMK version:2.0

I created a report scheduler, and everything was setting done, it also show the sent time of Last run, but i can not receive the email, there is no any setting for SMTP, I am not sure if the problem is no SMTP server, i also do not know how setup the SMTP server for report scheduler, who can help me on this topic, I will appreciate for you.

The report scheduler will simply rely on your linux host having a correctly configured mail server.
Usually it’s easiest to setup a nullmailer or postfix.

i used enterprise version, may i know if still need install Postfix?

you’ll still need postfix/nullmailer/, setting up mail delivery directly within the web-ui is afaik only implemented for notifications, not for the report scheduler :wink:

Hi Shoumin,

you only need a local postfix/nullmailer/sendmail to forward any mail that is created locally to your smtp server .i.e. your existing smtp server becomes the smart host/relay host. i.e. nullmailer - Debian Wiki
