Reporting - edit top header

Hi folks,
I am wondering how to edit or remove the following header line on the top of a generated PDF report:
“Report created … by …”

These lines come form the default template.

You will have to clone the default template and then edit the clone. Make sure that the clone is not based on an existing report.
